Principal-Led,
By Design
Tassilo is led by its principals. Terry Esguerra builds the systems and designs the learning; Joaquin Malalad leads design and the front end. There are no account managers and no handovers — the people who scope your project are the people who build it.
That structure is why the judgement holds up: when a scholarly association asked us to rebuild a platform holding two decades of member records, we told them the migration risk was too high and delivered a staged overhaul instead. Slower, less impressive, and the right call.
We work in defined phases with a fixed price at each one, so you always know what the next step costs before you commit to it.
Behind the studio: a master's in computer science, thirteen years of software engineering, and about a decade of teaching game design, UI/UX, instructional design and 3D at university level — which means we design the learning, not just host it.
